The Desserterie, a locally owned and operated bistro on the Southside of Richmond, is looking for a hardworking and reliable Line Cook/Prep cook to prepare gourmet entrees, food preparation, expediting the line, as well as being able to work the cold side preparing paninis, wraps, and salads. Experience cooking meat and fish to temperature as well as portioning raw product is required. Food safe certification is not required, but a plus. This is a full-time hourly position ranging from 35 - 40 hours a week. A mix of day and night shifts is required, as well as weekends. Position available immediately.
