We currently have an immediate opening for a Director of Compliance & QA that will join our existing team which oversees a rigorous supplier oversight program. This position will fill a role critical to maintaining our reputation as a strategic leader in compliance and oversight, and will be located in Richmond, Virginia. This position is classified as exempt under the FLSA and will not earn over-time for any hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a given work week.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a person who possesses a sound knowledge of the techniques of audit in a high-paced environment. The Director role is responsible for handling client deliverables, compliance issues, and oversees the quality monitoring program and non-regulator complaint reporting.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
✔ Key contact and reference point for clients as it relates to compliance and client audits
✔ Ensure TRAK and its suppliers are in compliance with established policies
✔ Collaborates with other departments to communicate compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution
✔ Respond to alleged non-compliance of policies and procedures by evaluating client audit observations
✔ Report compliance issues and client audit observations to upper management
✔ Devise new processes and /or refining of existing ones to ensure compliance with established requirements
✔ Oversee supplier quality programs to ensure compliance in accordance with established requirements
✔ Oversee processing of non-regulatory complaints to ensure compliance with established requirements
✔ Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, or non-compliance with laws, regulations and management policies;
✔ Report to upper management audit results and recommend changes in operations and financial activities;
✔ Prepare detailed reports on audit findings;
✔ Maintain detailed and concise records of requests to network partners to ensure receipt of what is needed to complete the audit;
✔ Review documentation returned from network partners to ensure that correct information has been provided; and
✔ Complete proper follow-up with network partners who are non-responsive or provide inadequate/incomplete or incorrect documentation

✔ Is a problem-solver and can be flexible while demanding high levels of performance
✔ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
✔ Possesses foundational understanding of business process management

Job Requirements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

✔ BS/BA accounting, finance or related field
✔ 3 – 5 years audit experience and/or training a plus; or equivalent combination of education and experience
✔ Two+ years supervisory experience

Other Preferred Skills/Abilities/Experience:
✔ Collections or recoveries experience
✔ Knowledge of debt collection laws and/or experience in debt collection industry
