This position performs intermediate skilled administration support work providing pre-and-post purchase housing counseling, household budget counseling to assist clients in managing their finances, developing action plans to reduce household expenses, preparing and maintaining files and records, preparing reports, and related work as apparent or assigned.
Work is performed under the limited supervision of the Economic Services Director.
The candidate must hold an Associates/Technical degree and possess moderate experience in real estate, mortgage lending, housing counseling, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The chosen candidate must obtain Foreclosure Prevention, HECM/HUD, and Pre-Purchase certification within six months of hire and possess a valid driver's license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
